BRAND DESIGN
Objective
Develop a new visual identity and style guide for a selection of nursing courses.
Approach
Utilised graphic design principles to create a professional yet friendly brand redesign with bright colours and blue accents. Leveraged learning design knowledge and experience with Articulate Rise to achieve a striking impact colour and a lighter, tonal background. Incorporated additional bright colours as accents to maintain user engagement.

The completed style guide developed and implemented for the 8 micro-credential nursing courses.
ICON DESIGN
Objective
Ensure accessibility and usability through a suite of icons for the courses.
Approach
Applied WCAG compliance standards to design effective icons in two colour ways that demonstrate learning activities throughout the courses. This involved a combination of graphic design and content design expertise.




























TEMPLATE DESIGN
Objective
Create a PowerPoint suite consistent with the new branding for in-person sessions.
Approach
Designed clear, accessible, and easy-to-understand templates for EALD students. Ensured easy navigation, consistent iconography, and editability, adhering to the branding guide.

LEARNING & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Objective
Develop 8 microcredential courses for nursing students using the new branding.
Approach
Collaborated with learning design and marketing teams to create engaging courses. This included designing infographics, graphs, and incorporating visuals to enhance engagement. Integrated video and written content using content and UX design principles. Conducted user research and gathered feedback to make iterative improvements, ensuring positive collaboration across all teams at Aspire.
OUTCOME
The new branding kit received overwhelmingly positive feedback and was adopted across all courses. The courses are well-presented, easy to engage with, and received positive reviews from users.
