PROCESS
DASHBOARD REDESIGN
Objective
Redesign the partner dashboard to enhance accessibility and user-friendliness using content design principles.

Approach
Worked closely with the product and engineering teams to create a new dashboard layout, incorporating UX copy, interactive elements (buttons, links), and carefully curated information. Conducted user research to validate the design improvements.

EMAIL STRATEGY
Objective
Create a comprehensive onboarding experience by revamping the email strategy.

Approach
Conducted user and demographic research to develop a series of informative and timely emails. Collaborated with the marketing team to produce onboarding materials (flyers, handouts, etc.) that guide partners on platform access, content quality standards, content uploading procedures, and data insights analysis. Designed additional guides and resources to minimise IT ticket generation, and empower users of the dashboard to quickly utilise the platform independently.

DATA ANALYTICS
Objective
Utilise participant and user data analytics to help partners enhance their content for maximum engagement.

Approach
Leveraged Databricks and Go1's internal analytics system to regularly analyse key metrics such as customer ratings, engagement time, enrolments, churn risks, and quality assessments. Identified content gaps and provided partners with actionable insights to improve their offerings.

ONGOING RELATIONSHIPS
Objective
Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners to continuously improve content quality and platform success.

Approach
Maintained consistent communication from onboarding to content publication. Developed tailored action plans using Airtable to provide partners with individualized recommendations for enhancing their learning design, metadata, and graphic accessibility. Created a quarterly newsletter with the marketing team to share product updates and best practices in learning design. Conducted quarterly business reviews to discuss analytics and ensure partner satisfaction and productivity. These reviews included tailored recommendations to assist partners in uplifting their content quality and platform engagement.
OUTCOME
The Go1 platform has seen significant improvements in partner success and content quality. We now have a growing library of over 2,500 high-quality courses, with an average user star rating of 4.2 out of 5. Our efforts have led to a substantial rise in user engagement and accessibility, with positive feedback from partners and users alike. The overall quality assessment scores, engagement analytics, and user satisfaction ratings have shown marked improvements, validating our strategic approach to content design and user experience.
